How Will You Be Remembered? Thinking Toward the Future…

JosephJoseph F. Molinari, OD, MEd, FAAO, ('77), Florida, shares his reason for joining the American Academy of Optometry Foundation Legacy Society:

My first exposure to the AAOF was in 1979 and 1980. I received the AAOF Spurgeon Eure Award for excellence in clinical research. You could say this made an impression on a young researcher just starting out.

Today, in order to give back, the Foundation manages my donated funds through the administration of the annual Antoinette M. Molinari Memorial Scholarship.

So why am I a part of the Legacy Society? Because I trust the Foundation, after I am gone, to follow my wishes for fund distribution in an intelligent, responsible manner—just like they do now.

If, like Dr. Molinari, you'd like to help future generations of optometrists, consider becoming a member of our Legacy Society. Contact Bob Gray at 321-319-4871 or BobG@aaoptom.org to learn more.
